低脂脆薯角

材料:

新薯5

香料適量

鹽適量

低脂Mozarella 芝士30

 

烹調方法:

1.         焗爐開至450度預熱

2.         新薯切半,每半邊再切成45塊薯角

3.         在焗盤上鋪上焗爐紙,噴上適量菜油

4.         將薯角平鋪在焗盤上,灑上香料,焗10分鐘至薯角底部轉色

5.         將薯角反轉,灑上芝士再焗10分鐘至金黃色,即成

 
薯仔屬五穀類,其脂肪含量極低,亦含豐富鉀質。鉀質有助人體維持水分平衡、肌肉及神經系統正常運作。

Oven Potato Fried

Ingredients:

5 new potato

Mixed herbs

A pinch of salt

30g of low fat Mozarella cheese

 

Preparation Method:

1.         Preheat oven to 450. 

2.         Cut potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 4 or 5 wedges. 

3.         Lightly spray a nonstick cookie sheet tray with vegetable oil. 

4.         Lay the potato wedges on their sides. 

5.         Sprinkle with black pepper or your favorite seasoning mix. 

6.         Bake 10 minutes. They will be slightly brown on the bottom side, turn over. 

Bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
 
Potato is packed with carbohydrates, rich in potassium but very low in fat. Potassium is necessary for maintaining the body’s fluid balance, proper muscle and nerve function.
